To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with agreed business plans

  1. Role models expected behavior and coaches team on hospitality standards
  2. Ensures the restaurant meets safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards during shift
  3. Supports the training of new team members
  4. Provides communication to team about goals and performance for shift
  5. Takes accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions
  6. Executes new product rollouts including selling to Guests and product execution
  7. Ensures each shift is appropriately staffed to meet hospitality with speed goals
  • Qualification – 3 Years Hotel Management Degree/Diploma, Graduate
  • Experience – Minimum 1-3 years experience in Food Services or Retail industry at Managerial level.
