    Manage the Human Resource and Administration function efficiently, within budget restraints and legal obligations with direct responsibility of local branch and support branches and operation units in the Region.
    Functional reporting (solid Line) : Regional Branch Manager
    Administrative reporting (dotted line on related HR, IR and Legal matters and their compliance) :
    Human Resources Director
    1. Liaison with Statutory & Government bodies
    Ensure compliances, approvals, licenses and liaison with government agencies in consultation with corporate HR, Legal, Compliance and Business.
    2. Human Resources
    Support recruitment and staffing needs (e.g. local manpower sourcing, interview, selection and recommendations)
    Secure proper employee induction in coordination with HR and Business
    Advise, coordinate and process Sub Contract agreements in coordination with HR, Legal and/or Business
    Secure compliance, coordination and implementation of HR processes, policies, systems, practices, rules and regulations within the Region, including statutory compliance
    Coordinate and process employment joining and separation formalities
    Handle and deal with employee and industrial relations, labor-specific legal matters in consultation with HR and legal counselors
    Implement the disciplinary policy and deal with disciplinary proceedings, actions and their implementation in coordination and consultation with HR and Business
    Control and monitor attendance, absenteeism and time sheeting
    3. Facility Management
    Finalize and execute all lease agreements of properties within the Region in consultation with Legal
    Finalize and execute all service contracts and annual maintenance contracts cost-effectively
    Ensure that all required utilities (Type - e.g. electricity, water, gas - Legality, Capacity) and commercial connections meet business demands
    Adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
    Comply, at all times, with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
